Spotify Premium Slovenia

So im waiting since 2016 to get spotify finally in slovenia but i guess they’re still sleeping on us. I wanna get premium already but i cant, because my credit card shows up as one from an unsported country. Im fed up with using tweaked apps on a different account just to have spotify premium since they dont allow me to make a payment and i dont wanna buy apple music or the other things. I really love spotify but im waiting and waiting and nothing happens...

tl;dr So is there a way for me to get subscription in Slovenia without 3rd party apps?
