Spotify Premium activation

I've just made a payment awhile ago through my mobile banking fund transfer for a 3 month spotify premium subscription. I have already tried the necrssary troubleshoot but my account still reflects as a free account. I have received an email from the 3rd party payment channel that the payment is successful and my bank account has been charged already but I still haven't received an email from spotify regarding this. Kindly refer to the attachment. Thank you

Hey @victoriasotto20!

 

It sounds like you've got a second account with Spotify. Are there any other email addresses you could have used to register with Spotify? It's worth checking those inboxes to see if you have any Spotify emails -- that will mean your extra account is registered with that email.

 

  • If you don't have another email address, note how you log into the Spotify app usually.
  • Try logging in using only your Spotify's username and your password.
  • If you use your Spotify username try entering just your email address.

I've also tried to log in via email and still my subscription is free. Is there any contact who can escalate this issue?
