Spotify Premium as a Student but paid 10€ for 2 month

Dear Spotify-Community.

I am using spotify student premium now for more than one year. I was always paying the 4,99€ but suddenly charged 9,99€ in March and April. For may I will have to pay 4,99€ again. Maybe some Error occured due to a missing student status?

Is it possible, to get the 5€ for March and for April as a credit fpr the next payments?
I was always a student and I am still a student, so why should I pay the extra amount then ?

Your student discount is active for 12 months from the moment you apply it to your account. After that, your account will revert to the standard Premium rate.

This is so Spotify can check your eligibility each academic year. Spotify has automatically sent you an email reminder when your discount was about to expire. If you’re still a student, you can reapply for an additional 12 months here: https://spotify.com/student
