Spotify Premium doesnt work with PayPal

A day ago I've tried (for the first time) to get the 30 days trial Spotify Premium.

I've logged in today to realize I didn't get any of the premium features and that is my account is still FREE.

This is the first time paying to Spotify with this PayPal and I've tried through several devices.

I've looked all over forums and I can't find any solution.

Note that I did get a reciept email saying that I was charged with 0.25$ from Spotify.

Can anyone shine any light on this?

Thanks for letting me know! If you're still seeing Free, I'd recommend checking the steps at https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/payment_help/i-pay-for-premium-why-am-i-on-free/

Hey @galsol02,


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

Ive seen that answer and tried to look for a username in the reciept and couldn't find one as I believe the reciept was from PayPal saying that Spotify charged me rather than Spotify.

I will try to look again.

Apparentally I have 2 users with the same name *facepalm*. I accidentally bought premium on the second account.
