Spotify Premium for Samsung

I have recently bought a new Samsung A51 in the UK and it came with a 6 month free Spotify Premium subscription. I have a Spotify account and I tried to get the Spotify Premium however when I press on the Spotify Premium for Samsung it says that I am not eligible for the offer.

Thanks for the prompt reply! Can you also let me know if you have used your payment method on any of Spotify's services, such as paying for someone else's subscription?

No I have not used my payment method on any of Spotifys services.

Thanks for sending me all of those screenshots and for your patience as I took a closer look. You can only redeem this offer in the Spotify app. Open the Spotify app preloaded on your Samsung Galaxy Note20 5G or Note20 Ultra 5G, Galaxy S20 5G, S20+ 5G, S20 Ultra 5G, Galaxy Z Flip, Galaxy A51, or Galaxy A71 5G, and select the Premium tab at the bottom and continue from there. 

Let me know what happens when you do this.

I press the Premium tab and then it takes me to all the premium subscriptions, I press on Spotify Premium for Samsung, try 6 months free and the same problem occurs. It says that I am not eligible for the offer.
