Spotify Premium has stopped working, and has changed back to free.

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

 

My Question or Issue

On March 21st, I all of a sudden lost access to my Spotify Premium Duo Plan. I've tried logging in again, and deleting and adding back the app again. Nothing has worked. The person who I have Spotify Premium with has their Premium still working. What do I do?

Hey @99e7k80yu4fuxh9 ,

 

You should look at the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
