Spotify Premium is constantly deleting my offline music

I only use Spotify on 3 devices, and I have less than 3,333 music.  For countless times, Spotify keeps deleting my offline music and I have to manually redownload again.  Everytime I redownload them, it takes another few hours to get them to offline. 

Any solution?

Also, I have follow the procedure such as clearing cache and resetting.  Nothing works.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
