Spotify Premium isn't recognized

Hey Community,
I paid for my Spotify Premium with gift cards since I use it. Now I bought Gift Cards for 2 more months, and on my account it tells me my Spotify Premium is active until October.
But on my Spotify App it tells me that I have a free account and I can't use any premium features even though I paid for 2 months.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
