I'm the plan manager on a Family Premium plan and want to downgrade to the individual Spotify Premium but the only options are Premium Student and Free. Why can't I choose the regular premium account? And if I have to switch to Free, then upgrade to Premium, will my playlists and other information be saved? Thanks!

Could you try switching to Premium here, using a different browser or private window?
If that doesn't help, the best thing to do is to cancel your current plan, wait until it reverts to Free, and then upgrade to Premium again. You will not lose your saved content on your account including your saved music, playlists, and other info on your Spotify account (except the plan of course lol).
