Spotify Premium subscription status if paid before current one expires

I am currently on Spotify premium individual plan in 12 months basis, this plan will expire in April 2023.
Now recently Spotify is offering good deal on annual subscription, which is easy on my pockets.
Since its 2 months before my plan expires, if I recharge in this month, will the plan take effect adding the months of March and April (14 months) in total or will start from Feb 23 to Feb 24 ?

Any additional time you purchase will get added on top of the existing one in your account, i.e. if your plan expires in April 2023, the additional 12 months will start after that. 

Please note that if you decide to upgrade to Spotify Premium Family/Duo, the change will be immediate and the Premium Individual time you have accumulated in your account will get converted to Premium Family/Duo time due to the price difference.

Thanks for reaching out.

Be advised that with the exception of a few markets, annuals subscriptions are only for the Individual subscription. You should be able to get it here by changing the duration from 1 month to 12. However, there are no cost savings in this case, the amount is just debited at once. You can save 2 months worth if you purchase a 12 month gift card instead. Again, be advised that gift cards can be used only with the Individual plan.
