Spotify Premium suddenly stopped

Hello! My mom paid premium and it was working perfectly until a few moments ago when I was listening to music and it kept stopping. I checked and then I had lost all me dowloaded songs and it said free subscription. We have two accounts and my brother's account is working just fine even though we are using the same premium. Please Help!!!!!!
