Spotify Premium veranderd in Free door abonnementswijziging KPN

Hallo, wie herkent dit. Bij KPN heb ik mijn abonnement omgezet van Thuis met Spotify Premium naar Hussel met Spotify Family. Ik ben echter meteen teruggezet naar Spotify Free, terwijl ik Spotify Premium deze maand nog heb. Hoe kan dit?

I hope you don't mind me replying in English. 

If you are the plan manager of a Premium Family plan, after you cancel - your Premium subscription will remain in effect until your next billing date. If you're a member of a Premium Family plan, your plan will get canceled and should revert to Spotify Free immediately. 


Can you make sure you canceled your plan following these steps: 

  1. Log in to your account page
  2. Under Your plan, click CHANGE PLAN.
  3. Here you can either switch to another Premium plan, or choose CANCEL PREMIUM under Spotify Free.
    Note: If you were invited to the plan but want to switch to a different one, you first need to choose CANCEL PREMIUM. You can sign up to any plan after that. 

If you did and you're still having issues, attach a screenshot of what your account overview page looks like Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.
