I have a problem buying subscription.I wanted to buy Spotify Premium for 0,99zł.

Yes,I lived in Poland and i tried to pay dotpay.The minimal price is 29,99 and what am i doing wrong? Please help.This promotion continues for 4 days.I did not show the  profile due to personal information
