Spotify Premium

Hi, I have had Spotify Premium for a long time but now suddenly Spotify claims that I don't have Premium anymore. Are you able to fix this problem?

Same problem here...I moved to Spain and i had to change my residence country, but now it says that my credit card doesn't match with the country i'm living (still, my card is working) and i cant get spotify premium...

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
