I have been charged £9.99 for the spotify premium free trial. When i cancel will i get a refund?Please help.

Welcome to the forums!

 

The free trial should be no charge, but is for a limited time. can you let me know the date you signed up for the free trial and when you put in payment details for your account to be charged?

 

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please get in  contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
