Spotify Premium

Hello i try to upgrade to spotify Premium . But i have problem when i try to pay it says : Your payment method and country don't match.

In my account it says : Bulgaria 

When i try to pay  with Bulgaria as country it gives me 2 options Debit Card/Paypal 

i choose paypal as my payment method to pay with paypal balance , when i press pay it says : Your payment method and country don't match.

Can you open an incognito window on your PC? Sometimes the cache can lead to different issues. Then you can head here and try subscribing to Premium.
