Spotify Prepaid card wont activate

SO i just bought a 10$ spotify card from target and I've been trying to enter the code for about 15 minutes trying to see if im doing it right. im pretty sure im doing it right. Any solutions?

If you have the reciept, take it back and you should be able to get a refund if it doesn't work. The issue is with Target mainly since they may have sold you a dud card.

I did buy it from target but I already scratched off the cover for the pin..

Your best bet will be to contact spotify support through -

Probably best to also include the code in that email to speed up the process.
