Spotify Student Unsubscribed

I have had spotify student for about a year now. I didn't realize I needed to re-authorize my status as a student, so I was charged for a premium account at the normal rate this month. It's super annoying that I wasn't sent an email or something to remind me, but it's whatever. The thing that really gets me though, is that I have a hulu account connected to my spotify. But since my account was switched with no notification, my hulu subscription ended. I swtiched my account back to a student one, but it won't take effect until a month from now. Is there anything I can do to make it so that I can access my hulu account? I shouldn't have to pay twice as much for the same service while I am still a student, espeically since I wasn't given any sort of notification about it.

Thanks for reaching out. You might be able to ask for a refund of your last Premium purchase and then subscribe as a student here.
