Spotify Student verifcation

So I tried switching my free account to spotify student (the Hulu deal) but it said it could no verify me as a student (which is odd because I used my student email for another subscription service to get a discount and it worked.. as it should have since I attend a florida uni... help me please!

Hello! Spotify Premium Student offer available only to students at an accredited higher education institution which means college or university.

Note: Spotify uses SheerID to check if you're a student.
