Spotify account not playing downloaded music when offline

Hi Everyone,

I am currently enrolled to a Spotify premium plan and I am encountering an issue playing downloaded music offline. All of my content is downloaded to my phone and is verified through the green check mark however I cannot play the majority of songs when I am offline. Has anyone experienced this before?

Hope you're doing great! 

Let's try restarting the device. If that doesn't help, could you try a clean reinstall of the Spotify app? If you're still having issues, please let me know your device name, app, and software version so I can take a closer look.
