Spotify and Galaxy S10 don't work together

I have a Samsung Galaxy S10. I have Spotify Premium. I'm in the USA. I go to the gym, start a song, press the button to put the phone to "sleep" (or at least the screen) like I've done on every phone since the S6, and Spotify will stop playing. Yes, I'm sure it's not Spotify, per se. It's almost certainly Samsung doing stupid Samsung**bleep**, but sometimes the music stops in 10 seconds, sometimes it's 10 minutes, but it always shuts off until I press the button and "wake" the phone. Press the button again, Spotify apps playing again. I've searched for all the solutions. I've played with my battery setting. I've played with sleeping apps. I've played with face widgets for music. Unless something xmarks, I'll just cancel spotify
