Spotify **bleep** how come i can never pay for premium

I got a free month of premium becauyse i **bleep**ing tried to buy a year sub and she could not fix it for me, so now that my free month is over i tried againt o buy a year sub yet it is the same **bleep**ing error as before fix your **bleep**bleep** please this is rediculous

I understand your frustration and I'd love to get to the bottom of this. Do you see any error messages when you're trying to sign up for Spotify Premium annually? Also, could you try using another browser to upgrade your Spotify account? Let me know how you get on! 🙂
