My family subscription is canceling every month. Spotify sends me a verification mail and we do it correctly but in the end of the month spotify cancels our subscriptions. Only the owner stay at premium. We need to create and join premium with another account.

Well, sometimes the information once given to Spotify (regarding the users’ addresses) don’t match the ones they have. The data might be incorrect, incomplete or outdated, hence the removal of some users.
