Spotify charged before I accepted the payment

Hello everyone,

I just noticed there's a plan for students to get Spotify premium at a lower price, I went and inserted my visa and clicked next, after that I clicked the link to check the eligebility and read the text, went back and the site was asking for the credit card again. 

I browsed to my bank's online page and noticed they had charged 1 month of Premium (student's plan !) - My account is still free and I can't even check if my Uni is eligible for this plan.

It’s very likely just a pending charge if you haven’t received a receipt from Spotify via Email 🙂

A pending charge is a part of your bank or credit card company’s authorization process. When you submit a payment, they place a temporary authorization on the funds.

If the transaction doesn’t successfully complete, no money will be taken and the charge will soon disappear. The time this takes can vary, depending on your bank/credit card company. For more information, contact your bank/credit card company.

Hey @Maxim, just got a reply a few seconds ago from Spotify. Yes Indeed it's what you said.

I'll try getting student discount later this week again, this time I won't click any links before I go forward with the final payment 😉
