My Question or Issue

Hi, I have been charged twice,

One on monthly basis and one for entire year subscription.

I asked for a yearly subscription and paid with PayPal. For some reason i also charged for a monthly subscription.

Please help

If you’ve been charged twice I recommend looking at the Why have I been charged twice? support article.

If you will ask for a refund foremost, please be aware that receiving a refund is never guaranteed, and support evaluates all requests on a case-by-case basis. With that in mind, please fill out the online contact form to create a ticket with support.
Support will do their best to get back to you as soon as possible, but please know that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets they are currently handling.
