My Question or Issue

Can't seem to upgrade to Family. When my family accepts invitation, it just brings them to my login. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I'd recommend asking your plan manager to send another invitation to the members you want to join. Then, can you try this process with another browser or incognito mode? It might also be worth trying it with another device.
