Spotify doesn't let family member join the premium account

My Question or Issue

I subscribed to the Premium for Family plan, and I sent the invitation to my wife. She accepted it and filled the required form. When submitting it, Spotify rejects here without giving explanations, simply saying "You cannot join the Family plan. Need help? Read the useless FAQ that desn't the answer of your question".

There is no contact that I can reach for help. What do I do?
