Spotify doesn't let me pay via Paypal anymore unless I add a Credit Card

Hey there!

I've been Spotify Premium User for about two years now, and in the last couple of months I had troubles with sSPotify wanting me o update my Payment information. I have a Paypal Account which is linked with my (Austrian) Bank Account which I used up until now to pay my subscription fees. But now suddenly it won't let my pay by any other means than credit card, even using Paypal?

I am a student and I have absolutely no need for a credit card, so why does Spotify want to exclude me now after being a loyal customer for 2 years?

It's currently not possible to pay for the discount through PayPal, but you can still sign up using a different payment method. 

You can see the payment methods available to you when signing up here.
