Spotify doesnt recognize payment from Paypal

My Question or Issue

I got switched to Spotify Free, because i didn't have any money, but after a day of using free i got to subscribe to the premium.

I did the reactivation from my Samsung Galaxy Flip 3 Spofity app, and all was going well, but after agreeing and continuing from Paypal, the browser gave me an error that this site doesnt work etc.

Now when i check my bank account, it shows that the money has been taken from me, but i still got spotify free?

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Are you able to see the payment on the Receipts section? If not, it's possible you've activated the subscription on a different account. Here is how to check that.
