Spotify family once a year??

Hi, I tried to accept the invite for Spotify family but it said I could only change spotify families once a year?

The main account holder just reset the subscription because of an address issue, but the address is similar to the previous time.

Could someone help me with this please?

Spotify does limit switching to another Family plan to once per year. You would need to wait the 12 months since your last switch to use the same account they are inviting you on. More specific details on the Family plan can be found right here.
