Salve, mi è arrivata questa email stamattina. Ero premium ma adesso mi ritrovo free, cosa dovrei fare in merito? Vi ringrazio anticpatamente.

Non sei più su Premium, ma puoi comunque usare Spotify per ascoltare tutto ciò che hai salvato: i tuoi brani, i tuoi album e le tue playlist.

Are you a member of a Premium for Family plan, or the owner? If you're the owner, please let me know your subscription status in your account overview. Also, it's best to follow some troubleshooting steps here.

Could you try logging out/in of your account? Can you also send me a screenshot of your account overview page? Please make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
