Spotify forgot who all my family members were on my family subscription.

Spotify forgot who all my family members were on my family subscription.

So my premium family sub lapsed today because I forgot to update new card information. I entered in the info and re-upped my subscription. Now it wants me to start over with adding family members which was a nightmare setting up in the first place. Can't it just put my settings back the way they were?

Sorry to hear about the troubles you're having, but you'll need to reinvite the members to your plan again so they can get back on Premium.
