My Question or Issue

Yesterday I tried to activate my 30 day free trial by transfering the required 0.01 cents to Spotify. However, I never received my free trial. I got the confirmation email and the transfer from the bank, but on the site and on the app it says i just have spotify free and i need to pay for spotify premium. Can anyone help me?

I logged out on all devices. Didn't change anything:(

I got the confirmation email and it also says in the account info that i transfered the money. Thanks for the help so far! 🙂

Hey @DerpyKirby.

 

Did you sign up for the subscription from our website, did you manually transfer Spotify payment? 

 

Also, you won't be able to get the Premium trial, if you've tried Premium in the past.

I signed up for the subscription from the spotify site. I transfered the money. I have never used the free spotify premium trial on this account but i have signed up for the free trial on other accounts using the same bank account and computer.

Based on what you told me, the trial won’t work for you because it works per person, not per account.
