Spotify has cancel my premium suscription.

Hi. I have the premium family subscription a while ago, and recently the application showed me, every time I started it, a red sign at the top of the beginning that said about the methods of payment. When I did not understand it I did not give importance, and now I find that Spotify has canceled my premium subscription. What should I do?

It sounds like there was an issue with your payment method and you didn't resolve it in time so your account was downgraded to the Free plan.

 

You can upgrade to Premium again at https://spotify.com/premium.
