Spotify has cancelled my premium but still taking money

 

I used to have Spotify premium then when I brought my new iPhone  and signed back in I said I only have the free version on my account. However Spotify have still taken payments of £9.99 for the last 3 months now despite me now being able to access premium! So I’m not exactly happy about it. I’ve cancelled the direct debit with my bank so I don’t understand why they are still taking money!

It is quite likely that you have logged in to the wrong account. In order to locate your Premium account, we suggest you check out this support page here and follow the steps indicated there.
