Spotify has charged me twice for last month.

Hi,

I’m a student from the Uk and I have a premium student account. This means the subscription should cost £4.99 a month. However, last month I was charged £4.99 on the 1st of March and then £9.99 on the 29th of March. I am really upset by this charge as I am a student who doesn’t really have that much money to spare. Please could somebody help me resolve this .

When was the last time you verified your student status? Also, could you checking out this Spotify Answer?

Please send me a refund and stop my subscription. I have not been notified of this change in advance and do not have money in my account to cover the additional charge. As you know I am a student. The bank is now charging me too for insufficient funds. This is not good enough. Very disappointed.
