My Question or Issue

Monthly purchase receipt provideand download from Spotify account webpage did not contain cardholder name, hence I can't use it or being rejected as supporting document for reimbursement scheme.

Hey @1288854760, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Spotify isn’t able to issue out receipts with a full cardholder name on them because that information from your Spotify account is not included on your receipt. The Customer Support team also won’t be able to issue any different kind of receipt from the one you can get on your account page/receipts. You can check your receipts page here.

 

Your receipt will have a date and amount with an indication of the payment method used, which could be helpful for verification purposes.
