Spotify is charging me TWICE in 2 different credit cards

Meu nome é Raquel Gariani e tenho a conta premium faz tempo. Quando houve a mudança de bando HSBC para Bradesco, o banco me deu outro numero de cartao novo e eu atualizei no Spotify certinho. Acontece que o Spotify ficou cobrando nos dois cartoes e o banco aceitou, ou seja, estou pagando o dobro. Podem checar e corrigir?Quero o dinheiro de volta ou crédito.


My name is Raquel Gariani and my bank has changed my creditcard number. I have updated it in Spotify but Spotify kept charging me in the old and the new creditcard (and the bank has been charging me the card because of that). Please, give me my money back SOON.
