Spotify is charging me twice every month

Spotify is charging me twice every month

Every month since january 2017 Spotify have been withdrawing the monthly payment twice from my account. (2 x 149 NOK)

"My account" shows receipts from only one of the two montly transactions. 

This is not payment "pending" or duplicate transaction not being withdrawed, the money is gone from my bank account. 

 

How do I fix this? 

I want the money wrongfully taken from my bank account back.

Hi,

Simply call your credit card company and inform them of the double charge. Not only will they refund your money they will assess Spotify a penalty for not addressing your valid concerns.

Also check your credit card statement or call the card issuer and see if there is a phone number.
