Spotify is not available in my country, but if I upgrade to premium will it become available?

I want to buy premium but I can't log into my account because Spotify is not available in Serbia yet,  but I don't want to waste my money if I won't be able to use it. 

If I subscribe will the app become available?

Unfortunately, at the moment you cannot use Spotify in Serbia, even if you buy Spotify Premium. If you would like the Spotify team to bring it to Serbia, please vote, comment on and share this link, as every vote counts.
