My Question or Issue

2 months ago Spotify banned my account for “stealing music” which I didn’t do, but now they keep charging my account after they banned it, I’ve tried multiple times to contact support for them to stop charging my account but every time they say they stop it I get a bill, and I can’t stop the subscription because I can’t log onto my account because it’s banned. I need someone to help me before I actually loose my mind

Please note that we in the Community can't access your account and make changes to your subscription, so If you're still being charged for Spotify, please reach out to our colleagues from chat/email support again, as they're the ones who can take a closer look at this and assist you further.
