Spotify keeps unsubscribing me from family plan

I was invited to family plan. We live at the same address and i entered accurate address, but spotify still says that i didn't verify my account. What is the problem?

When i've Spotify Premium and i want to unsubscribe the premium in the middle of the month so it premium stays even a month?

First, could you try accepting the invite in a different browser or in an incognito window?

 

If it's still not working for you, could you let us know what error you're seeing when you try to accept the invite?

Applied for Family premium months ago, everything ok. However, a couple of days ago, it suddenly unsubscribed us. What is going on?
