Spotify kicked me out of premium

Spotify kicked me out of premium

I had a spotify premium family subscription. They recently downgraded me and my family members to spotify free without ever notifying me. I don't know why they did this and I would like to get my subscription back. I don't understand how they can just do that without telling you??

Hi @lizzz2,

Welcome to the community!

Just to confirm, are you the owner of the family account in question?

Can you take a look here and let me know what it says:

Lastly, the additional information here may be of help:

Hi, I also face the same problem since 2 days ago. I am not the family premium owner, and cannot find the link to verify my address 😞

HI @jasmine391703,

Welcome to the forums 🙂

In this case you would need to contact the family plan owner in order for them to send you another invite, but this time delete your cookies/cache and try in an incognito window.

Thanks.

Hi,

I am the owner of the account. I checked the payments and they have all been made. In my subscription status it is blank and tells me I can sign up for premium. I also logged out and back in but that doesn't seem to do anything.
