Spotify me esta cobrando de nuevo

Hola, hace poco se me hizo un cargo a mi tarjeta de débito con esta referencia rsm160408csa ad, investigando me enteré de que es el cargo de spotify, pero ahora me está volviendo a querer hacer el cargo y en la interfaz de inicio me aparece que no se a procesado el pago y que se intentará nuevamente, ¿que paso con el dinero que me cobraron hace poco?

The reference number you mention doesn't look like a Spotify payment. We'd recommend checking your receipts here and comparing them with your bank statement. You should also get in touch with your bank so they can give you more info about the recipient of that charge.

 

Keep in mind that we charge each Premium plan only once per month. If your payment doesn't look right you can take a look at this support page for more information or reach out to our support teams to take a look at things backstage.
