Spotify not updating to premium

Hello,

I've had spotify for over a year now and love it but recently I didn't realise it was time for my billing (I have a family account with my sister) and didn't have any money in my account. A couple of days later, my premium contract was taken back, and now I'm just on free spotify. However, I have the €15 in my account now and want to get back my premium family subcription but spotify isn't taking the money out of my account? Do I need to sign up all over again? Thank you!

No need to worry. All you will need to do is log into your Spotify and then update your payment details to go back to your family plan 🙂
