Hi,

I'm trying to subscribe to premium using the .99 Euro for 3 months offer.

I do all the steps, select paypal, log in, etc... and when I get to confirm and pay, it "loads" and sends me back to payment selection method and nothing happens. And I'm not getting billed as far as it shows on my paypal statement.

I've tried on the android app, on the windows program and on the webpage.

Any ideas what is going on? Some years ago I signed up for premium (for someone else) and I think I used my paypal. Could it be it?

Hey @itisix,

Yep, that's correct. Each payment method can only be used once to claim this kind of offer 🙂

You'll have to use another payment method if you'd like to claim the offer for your account.
