My Question or Issue

When I open my Spotify on my Samsung s 24 it keeps telling me account issues I have premium. How do I fix it? Isabel

Would you mind sharing a screenshot which shows how things look on your end so we can investigate further? Just make sure to cover up any sensitive private info like your email address/password. It's also worth trying to log in to your account on another device or on the Web Player to see if everything looks good there.
