Spotify payment failure

I am currently on a family subscription plan. I been charge for the first month using my commonwealth debit card, after the first month it says my payment failed, and i was using the same debit card and had money in it, and it also says my subsrciption will end soon if i don't pay? So what can i do to solve this?

It's possible that our system is having some issues processing your payment. There's a number of reasons why this might be happening, so we suggest you take a look at this link from our Support page, where there are some requirements your card needs to meet in order for the transaction to be processed.

 

If it seems like everything's in order, we also suggest you get in touch with your bank for further assistance regarding this situation.
