My Question or Issue

I received an ad for free premium trial for 0.99$ per month for first 3 months. I subscribed it and made the payment and it deducted 10.99$( 9.99$ + 1$ tax) which is the full 1 month premium fees.

This is a serious bug and I want my money back.

I have never in the past had a trial of spotify premium.

Before I can suggest anything else, have you used your payment method on any of Spotify's services (including paying for someone else's Premium)?

I do not exactly remember if I have used my card to pay for someone else's premium.

But how does that relate to me paying for my premium account by clicking on the link for the trial offer?

Thanks for checking! This is because even if you've used your payment method to pay for someone else's Premium, you'd still be ineligible for this trial.

 

If you're sure that you haven't - try following these steps.

I went through the steps which asks me to check if I have subscribed to the services before which as I stated confirms I have not.

I checked my receipts. 

Can you suggest a way by which I can get back my money and the subscription be reverted or atleast my trial starts and the extra money gets reverted.
