Spotify premium 7 day free trial

Hello, this is my first time getting a Spotify account and my friend has told that there is a 7 day free trial offer that should pop up to me. I got the offer and I pressed " got it " and it still has been doing the same thing and not letting me have the offer. Someone help!

We'd recommend going here and make sure that you already subscribed to the 7-day trial. If you can't see it there, probably you have a second account. 

The best option is to check here to see if you have another account.
